As Criterion Mining, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the security and confidentiality of your personal data are our priority. Your personal data is processed in compliance with the legislation for the execution of our business activities, fulfillment of our legal obligations, management of human resources processes, occupational health and safety practices, and implementation of our sustainability and environmental policies.

Your personal data may be shared, with your explicit consent or where permitted by law, with our business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private parties.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose of processing. You may contact us to exercise these rights.
